We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Enablement Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is more than just building marketing materials—it’s about shaping how we market through Sales, Business Development, and Product teams. You’ll develop innovative strategies and take our go to market strategy to other departments to ensure these teams have the right messaging, content, and campaigns to amplify our brand, engage prospects, and drive revenue.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll be the bridge between Marketing and other departments, ensuring a unified, impactful approach to our go-to-market strategy.
- Execute cross-functional marketing strategies made by you or from our marketing team that help Sales, Business Development, CS, and Product teams to effectively market our brand, products, and solutions.
- Create compelling marketing assets—including presentations, outbound materials, sales materials, and content for webinars—that bring our value proposition to life.
- Strategize marketing efforts through other departments, ensuring a consistent brand voice and cohesive customer experience across all touch points.
- Collaborate with Product to translate complex product details into compelling, easy-to-understand content.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development to identify gaps and opportunities in their marketing efforts and provide strategic guidance.
- Drive creative marketing initiatives, experimenting with new formats and storytelling techniques to enhance our brand’s presence through other departments.
- Analyze marketing effectiveness within other departments and optimize strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and other departments to streamline communication and marketing execution.
- Experience in marketing strategy, brand marketing, sales, business development or content marketing.
- Ability to build marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales success across different teams.
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills with experience creating sales and product marketing materials.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
