Applications & Creations Lab Team Leader - Your future position?
As an Applications & Creations Lab Team Lead with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will manage a small team of Technicians and coordinate daily lab operations, in order to facilitate successful creations and applications and ensure process continuity, according to business objectives and EH&S policies.
In this exciting role you also will :
- Manage the workload of team and act as point of contact in the lab for daily lab deliverables and for quality assurance.
- Ensure high service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Analyse the root cause on defects to eliminate and avoid repeat defects.
- Replenishment of the Lab consumables and inventories to ensure no downtime.
- Proper stock management of the Lab items to maintain proper records and timely disposal of expired materials.
- Continuous improvement to the work processes for better quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to defining applications protocols and procedures with other teams.
- Safely operate, maintain and organize lab equipment.
- Ensure the lab is in neat and orderly condition following good lab practices.
- Supervise a small team of Technicians, plan, organize and optimize their work, including to provide training and mentoring.
