As a Natural Ingredients Supply Planning Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our future and making a positive difference on billions of people.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to drive business results, building a high-performing work team, and creating a plan/schedule aligned with service, stock strategies, and production capacities. You'll also be responsible for monitoring stock imbalances, leading the SLOB analysis/coordination, and responding to escalations/expedites.
We're seeking a leader with a proven track record of success in supply chain management, preferably in the flavour, ingredient, or fragrance industry. A Bachelor's Degree or related experience is required, along with knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Analysis, and Supply Chain best practices.
