Key Responsibilities
The Natural Ingredients Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing plans to improve service levels, reduce inventory costs, and increase efficiency.
- Leading the Production Planning and Raw Material teams in maintaining a thoughtful and responsive Regional Supply Plan.
- Aligning with Global Ingredient Organization targets on safety, service, cost, and quality.
- Creating a plan/schedule that is aligned with Service, Stock strategies (MTO, MTS, MTF) and Production Capacities.
- Aligning and re-aligning with the Production Manager on agreed capacities by work center.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, including production planning, inventory management, and capacity analysis.
