Primary Qualifications:
- University / Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of related administrative or customer service experience
Technical Skills:
- Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products
- Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems
- Experience in hospitality/customer service
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide a superior customer experience, acting as the initial point of contact for internal and external customers
- Ensure that customer requests are accurately captured in our request management system
- Support the department workload by delivering against a list of standard predetermined documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies with current processes
- Deliver support on time, meeting customer expectations
- Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data
- Participation in projects as assigned
