Overview:

Based out of New York City corporate office, in this role you will support the media and performance marketing manager in the Americas to improve qualitative brand exposure & traffic/conversion-driving initiatives via advertising, digital marketing and communications strategies. Support campaign launches, ensuring all campaigns run start to finish, ending each with clear, data-driven results to share with the wider business and advise future strategy.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Performance marketing

  • Own all asset orchestration for paid social campaigns
  • Work with HQ team for asset/copy signoff
  • Brief paid search agency on campaign launches, providing ad copy to Media and Performance Marketing Manager for signoff
  • Assist in all end of campaign reporting
  • Keep US digital marketing calendar up to date & inform all necessary parties regionally and in HQ

Media

  • Work with creative agency on asset creation for display and third-party digital campaigns
  • Coordinate media plan for all third-party media buys each season, including print, display/digital and out-of-home
  • Liaise with HQ image team and agencies to ensure all creative is shared for seasonal media buys


PROFILE

Qualifications & Skills:

Required skills:

  • 1-2 years of previous Performance Marketing experience, including internship
  • Google analytics experience
  • Analytical, experience with reporting on ecommerce and marketing performance
  • Knowledge of fashion, art & culture media
  • Previous experience in digital marketing at fashion brand or agency

Preferred skills:

  • 1-2 years of Media experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of Google Ads/Microsoft advertising
  • Experience in Meta business manager
  • Experience working with paid media agencies

Salary : $51,500 - $65,300
