About The Role:
Worth Media Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be a part of our marketing team that will develop content and campaigns for events and editorial products across our brands (Techonomy/Worth). The role will work closely with teams across the organization including editorial, partnership, membership, and marketing in support of our brand and business goals.
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and will help establish and reinforce the brand's growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with working on a variety of marketing channels, campaigns and content ranging from social media, email marketing, events attendance, branding, and video promotion. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for content & messaging development and distribution serving external communications (i.e. website updates, press releases, social media content, CRM platform content push, videos, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing following guidance on audience growth strategies
- Collaborate with and, in some cases, lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Coordinate email, social media and content marketing campaigns and channels thinking strategically on how to grow audience.
- Develop engaging, original content and suggest creative marketing campaigns for, marketing, and general social media presence.
- Draft and perform quality control checks on a range of marketing content including social media, marketing emails, digital advertising, and website content.
- In the Hubspot platform execute strategies/workflows with audience growth in focus
- Manage marketing calendars and work closely with team on all campaigns, events and programs.
- Analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness in generating traffic.
- Help coordinate the maintenance of assets, including promotional assets & landing pages
- Reach out to Strategic Partners and New Audience.
- Assist with website maintenance.
- Monitoring performance, analyze and offer strategic recommendations.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience and a strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle a range of types of projects from simple to multichannel campaigns.
- Able to design and execute a large volume of campaigns across multiple channels for our social, content, acquisition, and lifecycle marketing teams.
- Works iteratively in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and positive attitude.
- Must have base level HTML skills related to Hubspot landing pages & emails
- Strong knowledge of software platform Hubspot, Wordpress, Hootsuite and Canva
- Willingness to learn new software/tools.
- Self-motivated and able to execute a project without supervision.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Advertising; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
