McKinley Marketing Partners is working alongside a well-known retailer in Irving, TX and together we are seeking a
supplier support coordinator . You will support the onboarding of new vendors and / or new stores by updating and maintaining item submissions log in Excel.
This position is fully onsite. Candidates must be able to commute to Irving, TX. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.
ResponsibilitiesWorks with vendors to obtain required information for set up across departments and systems (Accounting, Merchandising, IT)Ensures new vendor is set up for ordering, invoicing, and item assortmentCollects, reviews, and submits required internal forms for processing across systemsAbility to pull data, compare and find patterns within data to make meaningful decisions
RequirementsStrong Excel skills with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookupsExperience with Power BI is highly preferredExcellent organization and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects / tasks at a timeStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
