We have an immediate need for a full-time HUB - Medical Technical Writer to join our Care Team.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent reading, writing, Analytical and computer skills.
  • Detail oriented and focused.
  • Experience with MS Office products and medical software.
  • Demonstrated success working independently and cohesively within a team setting.
  • Experience working in the medical field (Preferred).

Responsibilities :

  • Create medical documentation with accuracy and a focus on fostering positive relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of claims on a weekly basis.
  • Provide continuous support by reviewing patient records and identifying additional health issues to maximize benefits.
  • Maintain high standards to build and sustain patient trust.
  • Clearly communicate to ensure that patient expectations are aligned with what is realistically achievable.
  • Apply technical skills to secure prompt and successful claim approvals.
  • Foster patient satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and consistent support.

  • 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday-Friday
