Your Mission
As a Warranty Analysis Specialist, your expertise will support each phase of our warranty part investigation, enhancing both company success and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Define and refine procedures for warranty part evaluation.
- Execute warranty part analyses in alignment with process standards and customer needs.
- Analyze warranty data and KPIs using databases like GRAD.
- Investigate warranty parts returns, aiding in root cause assessments.
- Communicate potential reliability issues to engineering teams.
- Document and report findings from investigations promptly.
- Assist in warranty data documentation for customer systems.
- Gather supplier change request data for Quality and Engineering.
- Engage with customers and suppliers in technical discussions.
- Contribute to initiatives driving warranty improvements.
- Present data and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain safety and organizational standards in warranty areas.
- Stay informed about advancements in technology and quality demands.
- Uphold and enforce health, safety, and quality protocols.
Your Background
- Five years of experience in AWD Torque Products.
- Proficiency in Quality Functions and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Computer literacy and technical drawing interpretation skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Requirements
- Be prepared for physical tasks and an 8-hour shift plus overtime.
- Use of personal protective equipment as necessary.
- Ability to handle equipment and tools safely.
