- Deal Management : Negotiate technical terms for aircraft transactions, with a focus on asset protection.
- Project Oversight : Oversee fleet transitions, modifications, and reconfigurations to achieve cost-effective, timely results.
- Fleet Maintenance : Manage redelivery, re-leasing, and maintenance events to ensure optimal technical condition.
- Vendor Relations : Negotiate and review MRO agreements, lead contractor teams, and secure top talent.
- Industry Representation : Represent the team at conferences to maximize networking and partnership value.
