Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter, to troubleshoot electrical issues and identify necessary repairs.
- Perform mechanical inspections, identifying wear and tear on components, and recommending replacements as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.
Skills
- Proficient in vehicle maintenance techniques and practices.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers effectively.
- Familiarity with power tools including drills, saws, and grinders for various repair tasks.
