What You Will Do:
- Host Zoom meetings with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs
- Help clients navigate through the enrollment process, providing advice and assistance
- Answer inquiries and address any concerns they may have
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and enrollment notes
