The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage connections and handle employee navigator builds
- Service employee navigator service issues
- Communicate with clients and key stakeholders via phone, email, and interoffice technology platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
- Manage assorted administrative tasks related to benefit sales and service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Employee Navigator Experience
- Employee Benefit Experience
- Benefit Technology Experience
- Exceptional planning, critical thinking problem solving and organization skills
