Maintenance Supervisor

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
Shift: Day Shift
Location: Pittsburg, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure the functionality and reliability of production and facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance tasks and other facility-related projects.
• Develop and enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Manage budgets associated with building maintenance, equipment, capital investments, spare parts, and labor.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive maintenance reports.
• Source and manage relationships with parts suppliers and service contractors.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Use maintenance management tools to organize, schedule, and monitor work activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with industrial processing equipment repair in manufacturing or a military environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within maintenance operations.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, including wiring, plumbing, and machinery.
  • Expertise in maintenance planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reading technical blueprints.
  • Preferred capabilities include familiarity with boilers and HVAC systems, welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC), and certifications in reliability (such as CPMM or CRMP).
