We are seeking an Import Export Specialist with experience in bonded warehouse operations to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Magaya software and a solid understanding of international shipping documentation and customs compliance.
Pay rate $20-$23 p/h

Key Responsibilities:
- The Import Export Specialist will prepare and manage import/export documentation for bonded warehouse operations.
- Enter and track shipments using Magaya software.
- The Import Export Specialist will ensure all paperwork complies with U.S. Customs and border protection regulations.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse staff to ensure proper documentation and timely processing.
- The Import Export Specialist will maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Translate and communicate documents effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and bonded goods tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation, logistics, or bonded warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with Magaya logistics software.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) – written and verbal communication required.
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs documentation and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite).
Preferred:
- Experience with AES filings, HTS codes, and bonded cargo processes.
