About the Role :
As a Construction Superintendent , you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities for tilt-wall construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage project timelines, supervise construction crews, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of each project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities as the Construction Superintendent , ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, construction teams, and vendors effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce and maintain strict safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
- Track project progress, addressing challenges proactively, and communicating updates with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
