Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Mortgage Loan Originator in North Logan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with their mortgage lending needs
- Accurately gather information about borrowers and analyzes and analyzes the risk profile of the loan requests
- Make credit decisions based on mortgage lending policy
- Closely monitors and improves the risk controls of the Bank
About You
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful candidates will need to have 2-5 years of mortgage origination experience in conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans
- Must have and maintain an NMLS ID number (S.A.F.E. Act Registration)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong knowledge of conventional and government guidelines

Strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications and have strong computer skills
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to self-generate the majority of your own business without leads
