Job Summary:
The Resource Manager is responsible for optimizing the allocation of personnel, materials, and financial resources to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to allocate resources effectively across projects and departments.
- Monitor and forecast resource needs, ensuring the right personnel, equipment, and materials are available as required.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess resource demands and adjust allocation accordingly.
- Maintain resource tracking systems to optimize utilization and minimize downtime or shortages.
- Analyze data to improve resource planning and efficiency, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential resource constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership teams to plan staffing levels and talent acquisition needs.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and career development initiatives to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in conducting performance appraisals.
- Implement workforce development strategies, including succession planning and skill gap analysis.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Address employee concerns related to workload, career progression, and work-life balance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and workforce planning strategies.
- Experience with resource planning tools, HR software, and project management platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to optimize resource utilization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, PMP, or similar credentials.
- Experience in industries with complex resource planning needs (e.g., healthcare, technology, construction, or manufacturing).
