The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content creation to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media and marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, and professional conferences.
- Utilize tools like Buffer to schedule posts and monitor social media performance.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Illustrator and other design software.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Visit partner organizations and support understandings of the agency program offerings
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in public relations efforts by promoting company news and events through social media channels.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A passion for photography is highly desirable.
