We’re hiring Retail Associates to Live. Work. Explore. this summer!

Job Summary :

Assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, answering customers’ questions regarding location, price, and use of merchandise.

The Details :

Position Type : Seasonal

Season Dates : late-July or early-August through mid- to late-September 2024 (exact dates vary by location)

Pay : $13.85 / hr

Schedule : Typical schedule is 35-40 hours / per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities

• Process payments in POS system.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well-stocked.
• Price & stock shelves with merchandise.
• Clean and replenish coffee stations (Campstore locations).
• Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Requires cash handling, basic math skills, and POS System knowledge / experience.
• At least one year of guest service experience, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Physical Requirements include :

• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 40 pounds.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, boxes, bags of ice, and bundles of wood. Some locations require frequent trips up & down stairs.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
• Working safely with required chemicals.
