- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage new wholesale customers and distributors through various channels (calls, emails, online research, networking, etc.).
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale accounts, including distributors, retail stores, and businesses looking to purchase in bulk.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue, meet sales goals, and increase market share. Work closely with the sales team to develop short and long-term sales plans.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs by actively pursuing new opportunities and upselling to existing customers.
- Customer Service & Support: Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, answering inquiries, assisting with product selection, and providing quotes for bulk orders.
- Account Management: Manage key wholesale accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor and track customer orders, payments, and any other account-related issues.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to adjust sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Operations: Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotions and campaigns that target wholesale customers and distributors. Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
