Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, offering tailored advice and solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and business operations to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that align with client goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Present findings and strategies to clients, offering clear and concise advice that aids in decision-making processes.
- Continuously monitor the success of implemented strategies and provide ongoing support or adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- CFP/ Series 7, 63, 65,66
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify key insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working across diverse industries, including finance, healthcare, and technology.
- Expertise in change management, business transformation, or strategic planning.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
