We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to ensure our organization’s spaces are safe, clean, and functional for staff and clients. If you have a knack for maintenance, vendor coordination, and creating a well-organized environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for the facility and company vehicles.
- Perform routine inspections and schedule necessary repairs.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service vendors.
- Provide guidance and support to janitorial/maintenance staff.
- Assist with room setup for meetings, including clean-up and related janitorial duties.
- Help prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct safety audits and address potential hazards.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment and handle reorders.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and prepare reports.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies to minimize disruptions.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).
- 3 years of experience in facilities/maintenance coordination or a related field.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and willingness to undergo a Motor Vehicle Report check.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical capability to lift/carry 25-50 lbs., stand/walk frequently, climb stairs/ladders, and use hands/arms for repetitive motion.
