We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Floral Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily floral operations contributing to the overall success of our retail environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about floral design, have a design to learn and are ready to enter the Floral work environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Floral Designers by prepping incoming flowers. Collaborate with team members to ensure all components of orders are gathered and ready for the Designers. Engage in floral design activities as instructed.
Skills
- Strong background in retail sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members. A creative flair for floral design or an eagerness to learn about it is highly desirable. Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where customers feel valued and inspired!
