Compensation: Base Salary Commission

- EXPERIENCE
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manages reconditioning on used/wholesale inventory and staff as needed.
- Manages front-line ready benchmark with delivery and service department (3-5 days).
- Manages old age units weekly to keep within the agreed upon benchmark.
- Travels and attends auctions and goes to dealerships as needed/directed.
- Appraises vehicles, completes, and processes all required paperwork.
- Maintains knowledge of market conditions/trim levels/remarket ability, financed buyouts/lease buyouts to determine customer needs, volume potential, and sales campaigns.
- Thoroughly inspects vehicles for previous/existing damage.
- Prices vehicles daily and stocks inventory. Codes purchases with expenses, notes, types of purchases (A-lot, W-purchases, Trades, etc.).
- Runs Kelly Blue Book and Carfax for each purchase.
- Completes desking duties as needed.
- Promotes CSI/SSI throughout the store.
- Promotes and supports physical/mental health and safety throughout the workplace.
This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
