Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to standards.
- Plan and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
- Collaborate with management team to create exceptional dining experiences.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food management, and kitchen protocols.
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality control and consistency.
- Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing ones.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the culinary field.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, along with a passion for culinary arts.
