Job Description
Part Time- Friday & Saturday
Responsibilities
• Schedule patient appointments and manage a busy schedule• Confidently and compassionately answer patients’ questions and concerns• Assist with answering calls while balancing in-person interactions• Document and file pertinent information in electronic patient records• Provide superb customer service while checking patients in and out
•Assist in recruiting new patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
