Responsibilities
We are looking for a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator team member who will:
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
- Schedule and confirms patient appointments.
- Review insurance for all new patient appointments.
- Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
- Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
- Sending corresopndance to patient's general dentist.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring offices.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
- Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
- Take new patient records including iTero scan, intraoral photos and panorex xray.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
- NC Dental x-ray certification perferred but not required.
