Housekeeper (Part time)

Gladwin Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an experienced, part time housekeeper. The purpose of this position is to implement facility housekeeping procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner to safely meet our residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

Wage information:

• Starting Wage: $14.85
• Including $0.85/hour MI pass through pay until 09.30.25

The successful candidate will:

• Operate housekeeping equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform cleaning procedures in accordance to facility policy.
• Assist in proper care of housekeeping equipment.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunction to supervisor.
• Follow material safety data sheets (SDS).
• Report any observed area in poor repair to supervisor.
• Use housekeeping supplies efficiently and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Consistently work cooperatively with other staff, physicians, consultants and ancillary service providers.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Housekeeping experience
