As a division of Glanbia Nutritionals Inc., PacMoore offers a portfolio of manufacturing services designed to provide added value to a wide range of food ingredients and branded manufacturers in the food industry. As a Strategic Account Manager at PacMoore , you will play a key role in managing and expanding our strategic accounts while collaborating across various departments to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers significant potential for upward mobility within our parent company, Glanbia.

Responsibilities as the Key Account Manager :

  • Strategic Account Management : Develop and execute strategies with Operations, R&D, and Quality Assurance to optimize product production and pricing for both current and future customer opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with planning, procurement, QA, and operations teams to ensure an optimal customer / product mix and balance P&L and revenue targets.
  • Project Leadership : Provide direction for short, mid, and long-term customer business strategies.
  • Customer Engagement : Proactively engage with existing customers at strategic and tactical levels to retain business and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Opportunity Identification : Identify and address incremental project needs that align with PacMoore’s capabilities, ensuring they are realistic and profitable.
  • Quote Management : Finalize and present competitive quotes that align with profit guidelines.
  • Customer Support : Respond to inquiries, needs, and complaints from assigned accounts in an enthusiastic and timely manner.

Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
