We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Water Management Professional to join our team at Glanbia Nutritionals Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our wastewater treatment facilities and systems.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining sludge pumps, blowers, meters, filters, heat exchangers, gas collection systems, liner systems, boilers, chemical metering pumps, valves, and other equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on various equipment
- Conducting analytical laboratory work and recordkeeping
- Monitoring and recording statistical data concerning plant operations
- Operating and maintaining monitoring equipment as necessary
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A strong understanding of water management principles and practices
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of wastewater treatment systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
