Job Summary
Drive sales by relationship-building, communicating with existing & potential customers, and following up on leads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Leads verficiation and validation
- Create, Input, and process orders
- Coordinate order entry and deliveries with various team members
- On-going customer service and support
- Will assist the Inside Sales department with research, key reports, metrics, clerical functions, and the Marketing Department on current promotions or initiatives
- Support and coordinate sales
- Provide backup coverage for Inside Sales Representative(s) as needed
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related customer service experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
