At Glass Enterprises, we are a leading provider of high-quality glass and aluminum products, serving diverse industries with exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions. As a growing company, we are seeking to hire a resourceful and professional Human Resources and Payroll Administrator.
Position Overview:
The Human Resources and Payroll Administrator will perform a wide range of duties. This position requires a flexibility in managing various HR tasks and changes such as providing assistance and guidance to employees and management, follow established procedures and processes, and be capable of keeping records and schedules in order.
Responsibilities:
· Check timecards for attendance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
· Update PTO and employee calendars to keep everyone informed and on track.
· Handle questions related to HR with professionalism and efficiency.
· Process payroll with precision, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
· Maintain and upkeep all employee records in compliance with regulations.
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
· Manage emails and correspondence related to HR and payroll matters.
