What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Executive Director position at Glass Peaks Senior Living?
Responsibilities:
- In support of our Executive Director, assumes responsibility for the overall management and financial performance of the Community
- Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
- Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development
- Participates in the pre-screening and move-in process, facilitating a seamless transition for residents and their families
- Develops, implements, and executes quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Engages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
- Actively nurtures a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team member
- Embraces innovative and inclusive approaches, displaying dedication to our mission and commitment to providing residents with exceptional and meaningful experiences that promote well-being
Qualifications:
- Assisted/Supportive living experience preferred
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
