Team Recovery Inc. is a dedicated non-profit organization with a mission to break the cycle of intergenerational trauma caused by the disease of addiction. We believe in creating lasting, positive change in the lives of individuals and families affected by substance use disorders, offering the support and resources needed for long-term recovery and healing.
Team Recovery Inc. is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization and oversee its strategic initiatives. The Executive Director will play a crucial role in expanding the reach of our programs, building strong community partnerships, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization.
The Executive Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the Non-Profit operations, including day-to-day operations, achieving long-term goals, growth, and achieving annual budget and fundraising targets. The Executive Director will collaborate with the TR For-Profit executive leadership to ensure both organizations' mission and core values are being upheld.
Position is Full Time 40 hours per week.

Experience :
