About us
We are a growing and successful Automotive Dealership Group looking for a full-time Office Assistant with Automotive Dealership experience. The successful candidate will have experience with basic accounting functions as well as organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to change in performing clerical support tasks in many areas of our automotive dealership business.
Positive people with exceptional customer service and up-to-date computer and organization skills are a big plus.
Job Duties
- Assist with Account procedures, A/P & A/R
- Stock in new vehicles daily
- Process Dealer Trades, Wholesales, & Courtesy Deliveries
- Assist with costing, posting, and calculating commission for all car deals
- Assist with title work
- Generate receipts for Sales, Service, and Bodyshop payments
- Collect and process payments/paperwork for Service clients
- Use spreadsheets in MS Excel
- Use Microsoft Outlook
- Typing using MS Word
- Data Entry with proprietary software Dealer Track
- Filing and organizing
- Receptionist coverage during lunch/vacation
- Additional tasks related to automotive dealership
Experience/Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self starter with solid understanding of office procedures
- Positive attitude, willing to assist others in accomplishing company initiatives
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Dealertrack software skills a plus!
- Automotive Dealership experience strongly preferred
