Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all aspects of architectural glass and metal projects, including storefronts, curtain walls, windows, railings, and decorative metals.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
- Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and spreadsheets.
- Help coordinate submittals, shop drawing reviews, and project documentation.
- Assist with material ordering, stock length takeoffs, purchase orders, and verifying deliveries.
- Work with the project team on installation planning, job site logistics, and equipment mobilization.
- Support project closeout, including warranties and client handovers.
- Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to ensure project proposals are accurate and competitive.
- Construction or project management experience (glass-specific knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Office Suite/365, Bluebeam, Procore, and Teams.
