Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial architectural glass projects including storefronts, curtain walls, windows, glazing, railings, and decorative metals, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and quality, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate and manage project requirements, submittals, shop drawing reviews, and design processes, ensuring accuracy.
• Plan and execute material ordering, stock length takeoffs, material optimization, and purchase orders, verifying material deliveries for compliance.
• Develop and oversee installation plans, including equipment mobilization, scheduling, and jobsite logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare and finalize project closeout documents, warranties, and client handovers.
• Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals.
