RN Supervisor for Per Diem Needs
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance to nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Oversight of daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

What You'll Bring
Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor Include:
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
