Glazzio Tiles is a leader in the tile industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and ensuring the successful launch of new products. Responsibilities:
- Confirm/Present all sample options
- Organize/Confirm final product list/offerings
- Create Product SKUs
- Create/Maintain Product Tech Data Sheets
- Create/Audit PIM/Website’s Tech Data
- Coordinate Sampling/Marketing/Photography Plan
- Audit Product Photos/Scenes to ensure all new imagery is correctly labeled and on file
- Coordinate with direct Manager for product launch schedules
- Review all sampling plans with Warehouse Sample manager
- Generate UPS Labels for Product Launches
- Maintain Customer Sampling List
- Monitor stock levels of sample display boards/accessories for reordering
- Create New Collection Training PowerPoints
- Handle any Technical Inquiries Suggestions
- Maintain/Organize New Collection Tracker (Asana)
- Measure & Inspect New Products
- Create Item SKUS/Sample SKUs in internal system (P21)
- Create/Maintain All Digital Pricelist (excel files included)
- Follow Up/Monitor the status of all New Launch Tasks for all Departments
Experience:
- MUST BE MS EXCEL PROFICIENT, along with MS Word and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Project Coordinator or related position
- Previous experience in the Tile and/or Interiors industry (helpful but not required)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Compensation range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, (based on experience).
