What You’ll Do
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out all warehouse operations in a manner that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. The Warehouse Associate will work on continuous improvements within the warehouse to increase productivity and support all warehouse functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Minimum 2years of warehousing experience.
- Demonstrates ability to operate an RF scanner, label printer, document copier/scanner, manual pallet jack, shrink wrap application, and basic power tools.
- Experience operating a forklift, reach truck, or electric pallet jack.
- Experience with warehouse storage consolidation for all products.
- Experience with refreshing duties, truck loading and unloading, receiving processes, and all types of put away.
- Works effectively in all areas of the warehouse as well as maintaining neat, orderly, clean, and safe work areas. This can and will include housekeeping (cleaning, sweeping, and debris removal) from warehouse premises.
- Experience performing cycle counts, assisting with physical inventory, and identifying discrepancies of inventory through research.
- Sustaining an accuracy of 100% for dock receipts, put away, refresh, loading and unloading of trailers.
- Ability to adapt to changes in workload requirements as business dictates.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customer service representatives in a pre-active maintenance and collaborative effort environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Successful Candidates Must Demonstrate the Following Abilities:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft computer software.
- Experience using warehouse operating systems.
