GLC On-The Go is seeking a LPN to work a contract at a Long Term Care Facility in BRISTOL, SD.
Schedule: 6P-6A - 12 hr shift- 36 hrs gtd
Contract Length: 4-6 weeks
Pay Package:
Travel: 17 hr/45 ot/900 stipend
Local: 35 hr/45 ot
Facility details:
- 37-bed LTC/Skilled facility
- Average census is 27-30 residents for the entire facility
- Charting is Point Click Care
Requirements:
· Must have a valid and current License in the state you are applying for
· Must have 1 year experience in the setting applying for
· Active BLS/CPR Certification
· Must have Covid Vaccination or exemption where applicable

Pay: $1,260.00 - $1,512.00 per week
