Detox and psych facility
Donegal, PA
13 weeks, 36 hrs
days and nights
travel : $15 hr, $40, $1200 stipend = $1740 weekly gross
Local: $39hr / $57 OT
Start: Mon-Fri any day
Ratios: Approx 1:7-8
Must have at least 1 yr recent detox/psych/corrections experience!!!
Requirements:
· Must have a valid and current License in the state you are applying for
· Must have 1 year experience in the setting applying for
· Active BLS/CPR Certification (in person for some facilities)
· Must have Covid Vaccination or exemptionwhere applicable
Job Duties:
- Entering in Vitals
- Entering Nursing Notes for clients
- Daily Shift Report from Shift
- Med Passes
- Blood Work Drawls as needed
- Admission Paperwork/Admission Assessment as needed
- Assist Providers
- CIWA and COWS Assessments additional
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Travel nursing
