We are currently searching for a Full time maintenance person in the Gaylord, MI area with travel to Grayling, MI at least once a week.
A partial list of job responsibilities are as follows.
Must have drivers license with own reliable transportation
Be on call for evenings weekends and holidays
Must have active cell phone at employees expense
Must have own basic tools
Light electrical, carpentry and plumbing
Maintenance of turnovers
Snow removal such as sidewalks, ice melt, etc.
