Business and Trademark Associate Attorney Gleam Law is a business and intellectual property law firm with offices in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. While Gleam Law is well known for its work in the cannabis and liquor industry, the firm also works with clients in many industries.Role DescriptionGleam Law is seeking a full-time associate to join the firm. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney in both business law and trademark law. Additional legal and non-legal experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, references, academic credentials, and strong legal writing are required. The position requires a candidate who can work independently on many different matters, manage demands and changing priorities, and enjoy a breadth of different work and clients. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and a desire to work as part of a tight-knit team. Some office attendance is required, as may be necessary for select matters.QualificationsExperience with conducting legal research and draftingExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWashington State Bar License is requiredWe offer a competitive salary and robust bonus structure based on collected hours, health insurance, and a firm-matched IRA.
