Role Description
Gleam Law is seeking a full time associate to join the firm. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney in both business law and trademark law. Additional legal and nonlegal experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, references, academic credentials, and strong legal writing are required. The position requires a candidate who can work independently on many different matters, manage demands and changing priorities, and enjoy a breadth of different work and clients. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and a desire to work as part of a tight-knit team. Some office attendance is required, as may be necessary for select matters.
Qualifications
- Experience with conducting legal research and drafting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Washington State Bar License is required
We offer a competitive salary and robust bonus structure based on collected hours, health insurance, and a firm-matched IRA. In addition, we offer a generous bonus package based on collected revenue, setting our total compensation package as an industry leader in both pay and work-life balance opportunities. To achieve work-life balance, our target annual billable hours are 1,400. Starting base salary and bonus structure may increase based upon experience and qualifications. More senior attorneys will be considered and compensated appropriately.
