Dayshift Commercial Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
• Execute industrial cleaning procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness in high-traffic areas.
• Carry out custodial duties in commercial spaces, ensuring all restrooms and common areas are well-maintained.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
