Key Responsibilities
- Strategic IT Planning & Budget Management (20%) – Own the IT budget, optimize costs, and manage third-party IT services
- Network & Cybersecurity Leadership (20%) – Lead Incident Response Planning (IRP), perform security testing, and enhance network protection.
- Project Management (10%) – Oversee ERP conversions, system implementations, and server/call routing projects.
- Data Management & System Optimization (10%) – Design, manage, and test backups for robust data security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Growth Planning (15%) – Work with internal teams to align IT strategy with business needs.
- Vendor & License Management (15%) – Manage IT contracts and licenses (O365, Adobe, Call Center, MSPs, etc.).
- Hardware Lifecycle Management (10%) – Evaluate and plan for endpoint device upgrades and replacements.
- This role directly influences the organization’s growth, security, and efficiency, playing a critical role in maintaining a resilient IT infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- IT certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, or PMP) are a plus.
- 7 years of IT experience, with leadership exposure in infrastructure, security, or system architecture.
- Expertise in network security, ERP systems, cloud solutions, and cyber risk mitigation.
- Strong understanding of IT vendor management, budget planning, and cost optimization.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization—from end-users to executive leadership.
- Experience leading employee cyber awareness programs and incident response planning.
