What You’ll Do :

  • Lead nursing assessments and admissions paperwork.
  • Monitor patient health, administer medications, and provide basic patient care.
  • Guide and mentor CNA / NA staff to deliver optimal care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed RN in good standing.
  • Prior admissions experience preferred.
  • Strong nursing competency and electronic medical record experience.
